The Plaque

1990

On a hill overlooking Akime there stands a five foot tall marble plaque engraved withthe words 'Our James Bond film, You only live twice was filmed on location here at Akime', and is signed with engraved signatures of Albert R. Broccoli, Sean Connery and Tetsuro Tamba. The monument, made of locally produced marble, was built in August 1990.
